Delicious S’more Pancakes

Ready to eat your pancakes like a champion?

INGREDIENTS

PANCAKES

  • 1 1/2 cup Plain flour

  • 3 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • 1 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

S’MORES TOPPINGS

  • 2 Digestive biscuit, crumbled

  • Your choice of Chocolate spread

  • Plenty of Boka SUGAR FREE Mini marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

Make the pancakes: Mix the plain flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl, then add the milk, egg and butter, stirring to combine and breaking up any large lumps.

Lightly grease a frying pan, then put it over medium-high heat, giving it a minute or so to warm up. Pour about 1/4-cup pancake batter onto the pan, spreading it out evenly. When a lip forms around the edge of the pancake and little bubbles appear in the batter, flip. Cook both sides until lightly golden.

Make the s’mores stack: 

Spread chocolate sauce on top of the first pancake, sprinkle with crumbled digestive biscuit, then top with another pancake. Spread Marshmallow Fluff on that (Mini marshmallow melted), sprinkle with crumbled digestive biscuit. Repeat until you’ve reached the top. Top the entire stack with more Chocolate spread and Boka SUGAR FREE mini marshmallows.
